The property was very clean and well done, and the room was also extremely nice. All of the staff I interacted with was super friendly.

Night bar food was great. Ambiance was good. Pool was great. Good location easy parking..grounds were kept up. Staff were friendly .,

Nice hotel near the Destiny Mall with ample parking and 5 minutes drive to downtown. Room is modern and well appointed. Desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and efficient. This is our second stay at Aloft. There is an open space with food for purchase and a bar, live music some nights. The hotel is designed such that the room we stayed in was not impacted by lobby activity.

Funky vibe, friendly staff neat little area for food and snacks. We decided at the last minute not to bring our dog, but the fact that the hotel is very dog friendly is definitely a plus. saw many dogs during both our June and July stays.

very practical room design. super comfortable bed. the hotel and staff went all out to support the families in town for Syracuse graduation with free snacks and water. staff is superbly upbeat and helpful. great location which is a quick drive to campus. nice to be on the water, too.
